Join the Center for Immunization Research and Education (CIRE) for our next webinar – Bump Up Provider Confidence: The Critical Role of Vaccines in Pregnancy.
In this webinar, Dr. Rebekah Tompkins will discuss:
• Current recommendations for vaccination during pregnancy, with a focus on Tdap, influenza, COVID-19, and RSV immunizations;
• The burden of vaccine-preventable diseases and benefits of vaccination for pregnant people and their infants;
• Tools to increase provider confidence in making a strong recommendation for vaccination and addressing patient vaccine-related questions.
About our presenter:
Rebekah Tompkins, MD, FACOG, is a graduate of North Dakota State University and the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Banner Good Samaritan in Phoenix, Arizona. She is currently an OB/GYN at Sanford in Fargo, North Dakota, where she has been practicing for 14 years.
